All ATWS members are encouraged to subscribe to the
Association's e-mail based discussion group (List): ATWS.
The main purpose of the list is to facilitate discussion and debate
among members and others interested in Third World problems,
issues, and developments. Below are instructions as to how to
subscribe and participate in this group.
